Link domain - hoststar

Log in to the My Panel (my.hoststar.ch)


Click on the menu item "Domain" and then on "Settings


Expand the view at the desired domain where you want to make adjustments to the DNS zone by clicking on the "Arrow" icon and then click on the "Edit DNS" button.

The stored DNS entries are displayed here.
If you want to add a new DNS entry, click on the "Add DNS entry" button below.
If you want to edit an existing DNS entry, click on the "pencil icon" to the right of the respective entry.
If you want to delete an existing DNS entry, click on the "X" icon to the right of the respective entry.

When creating or editing DNS records, you have the choice between the different types. You can find a list of the available types with a description here:

After customizing or creating a DNS record, click "Save". Please note the defined Time To Live (TTL) until the respective DNS record has been updated worldwide.

IMPORTANT: If there is still a AAAA record on your zone, delete it.
