Link domain - cyon

You can create or change the main A-record for your domain at any time in the DNS editor of your my.cyon account. We describe the procedure for domains that are set up on a cyon web hosting. For domains that are not set up, we describe the procedure in the article «DNS-Record hinzufügen»

1. Log in to my.cyon and select the desired domain in the product changer
   
   
2. Open the "DNS Editor" via the "Web Hosting" or "Domain" menu
   
   
3. The main A record is the first entry in the type "A" table. Click on the "Edit" link in this row on the right and delete the AAAA entry below it.
   
   
4. Now enter the IP address of your external server in the "Value" field and confirm the entry with "Save DNS record".

   You can also use the DNS template from saldia - but this only works if it is a domain and not a subdomain.
