Connect your online store with bexio and synchronize your customers and orders with your accounting and send the invoices automatically:



If you already have a bexio account you can click here on the button "Connect to Bexio" to connect your store with bexio:



Enter your login data or register and click here to allow bexio to use the data from your store:


If you are connected with bexio you can set which data should be synchronized with Bexio. The following product data can be synchronized with Bexio: Stock, Price and Weight.

- If you select "Disabled", the data will not be synchronized.
- If you select "bexio is master", the data will be synchronized from Bexio to the store.
- If you select "Shop is Master", the data will be synchronized from the store to bexio.

Under "Account" you can select which booking account you want to use. With the checkboxes you can select which actions should be triggered at which status:



In the VAT tab you can map the VAT from the store with the VAT from bexio:

When you are in the bexio tab, you will see another tab in the menu bar on the left where you can find error messages from bexio.

If an error occurs during the synchronization between bexio and your shop, an error message will be displayed in this tab. If you do not correct the error messages in this tab, it is possible that the synchronization with bexio will be held up. Therefore, always check this tab if something is not going as it should with bexio.
