Refund payments

If you want to refund a payment to a customer, you can do it at saldiaPay.

1. Log in to https://login.saldiapay.ch with the login that was sent to you:
   
   
   
   
2. Click on "Transactions" in the Payments menu. Here you can see the payments that are still open or already paid by your store. You can also see which payment method was used to pay for this order. Click on the transaction you want to refund:
   
   
   
   
3. Here you can see the details of the payment. Click on the Refund button to send the money back to the customer:
   
   
   
   
4. Enter the amount to be refunded and click Refund:
