Assign means of payment

Without activating online payments you can only sell against invoice. So activate online invoicing or payment by clicking on the button. This will allow you to offer all major credit cards, Twint, Apple Pay, Samsung Pay, Google Pay and more.

In order to make use of the online payment options, a so-called KYC (Know your customer) process must be completed once. This is a Finma requirement and cannot be circumvented. The process can be carried out completely online, the information requested is your business, personal, bank and product details. KYC is a contribution to the prevention of money laundering and is mandatory.

After completing the KYC process, you can activate the means of payment in saldiaPay. In the welcome mail from saldia you have received the login data for saldiaPay.

1. Log in to https://login.saldiapay.ch with the login that was sent to you:
   
   
   
   
2. Click on "Payment provider". There you have an overview of the payment methods that are offered:
   
   
   
   
3. Here you can see which payment providers can be selected. Click on Configure to select the providers. With "Payrexx Swiss Collecting", other providers are available than with
   "Payrexx Direct". By default, "Payrexx Swiss Collecting" is already activated, if you also want to offer providers from "Payrexx Direct" in your store, you have to activate them:
   
   
   
   
4. Here you can see the transaction fees of the different payment methods:
   
   
   
   
5. You can now select the different payment methods here. Here you can make these settings
   - Request new payment methods -> some payment methods have to be requested
   - Available payment methods -> you can select the desired payment methods

6. Log in to saldia with your store. Click in the settings on payment, there you see the created payment methods or you can create your own payment methods. Click on the "write" symbol behind the desired payment method to edit and assign it:
   
   
   
   
7. Select which payment method you want to use in the payment method field and save it:
   
   
   
   
8. Customers will see the payment method you selected in the checkout of your store:
   
   
   
   The customers will be redirected to the selected payment method.
