In rare cases, it may happen that the access rights of the saldia integration to bexio are lost. In this case, the integration must be re-configured in order for the data transfer to function smoothly again.
Re-connect Bexio App
Important: You do not need to write down the current configuration of the Bexio interface, as it is stored in the background and will be loaded again after the interface is reactivated.

Open the administration interface: my.saldia.ch

In the navigation, select the menu item "saldiaApps".

Search for the app "bexio".

Click on the "Edit" button.

Click on the "Disconnect Bexio connection" button.

Wait until the connection is disconnected.

Click on the "Connect to Bexio" button.

Log in to Bexio with your username and password.

Give your saldiaShop the permission to access Bexio. Click the "Allow" button to do this.

saldia and Bexio should now be reconnected.
