Before you can set up your withdrawals, you must successfully complete the KYC. You can find more information on this in the article "Know your Customer Prozess (KYC) - saldiaPay".
When your customers pay via saldiaPay, the money is not transferred directly to your account. The money is kept in saldiaPay for the time being. The money held by saldiaPay will be transferred to the account defined by you after at least one week. All transactions older than 8 days are taken into account.
- Once you have completed the KYC process, you will be directed to this page. Here you will find the overview of your payouts. As soon as your KYC has been activated, you can enter your accounts for the payouts via the "Customize settings" button.
- You can set up different accounts for different currencies. If you sell in different currencies and have only set a main account for one currency, the amounts in the other currencies will still be transferred to this account. However, these amounts will be converted at the current exchange rate so that they can be paid out to the account in the appropriate currency. In addition, a fee is deducted when currencies are exchanged. This is a percentage of the original amount. After making your changes, save this page.
- All withdrawals are listed in the overview. You will also be shown how much you can expect to receive in the next payout and how much money salidaPay is holding back for the time being.
