There can be various reasons for this.
- Have all DNS settings been made? The article "Linking a domain with saldia" explains exactly which settings need to be made. If you need help with this or if something does not work, please contact your hosting provider.
- Have you changed the domain in the backend? It's not enough to just change the DNS settings on your hosting. You have to enter your domain in the backend so that we can link it correctly. You have to enter the domain in this field:
It may take a moment for the changes to be accepted live.
